Regulations of the Sacred Symbols e-store

These Regulations define the terms of providing electronic services and sales of goods by the Seller as part of the Sacred Symbols online service / e-store.

§ 1 Explanation of concepts

Client - a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit with legal capacity, making purchases at the Sacred Symbols store or a natural person making a legal transaction with the Seller being an entrepreneur not directly related to the business or professional activity of that person.

Newsletter - information and advertising materials sent by the Seller electronically to Customers who have expressly consented to their receipt, which may constitute commercial information within the meaning of the provisions of the RD0 act on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144 item 1204, as amended) ) and data protection.

§ 2 Personal data and security

PAULINA GASIUN is also the administrator of clients' personal data.

Personal data is used only for the purpose of order processing and shopping.

In the case of subscribing to the newsletter, personal data will also be used for marketing purposes, e.g. information about promotions and new products in the scope of the Sacred Symbols online store offer.

All personal data is stored on the server of our store and not shared with any external companies or institutions. Only in the case of payments in the PayU SA system, data for the purposes of payment or refund authorization are made available, and when the shipment is carried out, customer data is made available to courier companies and Poczta Polska.

At any time, the customer may opt out of sending the newsletter by clicking on the "I'm giving up" e-mail.

§ 3 Assortment

The Sacred Symbols e-store offers sale of ready-made gold and silver jewelery, minerals and crystals as well as custom-made jewelery services according to the customer's specification or to satisfy its individual needs, i.e. jewelry designed individually on the basis of photos, drawings or descriptions, individual arrangements. Such jewelry is not refundable .

All goods offered in the "Sacred Symbols" e-store are the property of PAULINA GASIUN and are subject to VAT rates. Designs referred to as "handicrafts" are the property of PAULINA GASIUN and all rights to publish them in the form of graphic files and copying without the owner's consent are reserved. Only the allowed form of publishing and offering the offer can be done by sharing links from the store's website.

The products, according to the law, are characterized by an appropriate sample by the Assay Office in accordance with the law of the Republic of Poland approved by the Central Office of Measures ( http://www.gum.gov.pl/ ). The seller declares that the products purchased in the e-shop and made to order (handicraft) may differ slightly by weight from the same models described and offered for sale depending on the size and manner of making each piece of the product. In the case of gold jewelry, these differences can reach up to 0.3 g in both directions, in the case of silver products - up to 0.5 g in both directions.

The seller undertakes to deliver products without defects, consistent with the photographs presented in the e-store.

§ 4 Way of shopping

All goods on the site are available for sale and described in detail. The exceptions are custom designs (for example, available on request). Then please read the description and purchase conditions and the time of waiting for completion. The products that we create on an individual order require a written, personal or e-mail contact so that we can specify in detail and evaluate the service and sign the contract.

§ 5 Purchase

After choosing "Buy", the item goes to the "basket", you can then continue shopping or finalize the purchase.

Please provide the data to which the order confirmation email and the purchase obligation are sent. In order to place an order and conclude a sales contract, the Customer should complete the form, giving the following data:
a) name and surname,
b) e-mail address,
c) address details for shipment,
d) telephone number,
e) VAT invoice details (only if you request a VAT invoice).

All prices in the e-shop are given in Polish zlotys and are gross prices (including VAT).

The customer is then redirected to the page where he chooses the payment method.

The seller undertakes to transfer the purchased property to the buyer and issue it to the buyer, and the buyer undertakes to collect and pay the seller the agreed general amount indicated in the course of the order in the "summary of order" section.

§ 6 Orders and completion time

For wholesale orders, the Seller indicates as the preferred way of communication and placing orders by e-mail and telephone.

When placing individual orders, please contact us individually by e-mail or by phone. If they are products that require a design, please send pictures or drawings with a detailed description of what material (gold yellow, white, red, silver) you want to make a project and determine the parameters of the product. We then send back an initial calculation based on which, after the approval of the quote, we sign a contract for the execution of the contract. The order includes all the details, drawings and descriptions, terms along with the final price. The order is sent by e-mail. After signing the contract / order, the customer sends it back to us and pays the sum of the deposit needed to complete the contract. Additional payment for the entire order takes place before the shipment of the ordered product. We send zloty products by courier with an insured delivery.

The delivery date of the goods available for sale depends on the choice of payment method and the method of delivery and may take 3-7 days.

If the client chooses the method of payment by bank transfer or payment card, the time of order processing is counted from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account or settlement account.

"Seller" informs that all prices in the Sacred Symbols e-store are gross prices including VAT. The final price of the purchase includes the amount of the shipment in accordance with the option of choosing by the customer.

Due to currency fluctuations, gold, silver and platinum, the Seller reserves the right to change prices. The changes apply only to those orders that were placed in the e-store after changing the price and publishing it and therefore do not apply to orders placed before the change.

§ 8 Payment and delivery

In the order placed, the Customer selects the payment method. The following forms of payment are accepted in the e-Shop:

When choosing Poczta Polska, a registered delivery with a pre-paid payment to a bank account costs PLN 9.50

Courier shipment after pre-payment - PLN 15

Courier delivery on delivery - PLN 20.

For orders from PLN 300, the seller covers shipping costs in Poland.

In the case of a foreign shipment, the order may be delivered after prior determination of the courier company and acceptance of shipping costs with the customer. At the time of sending the order, the PAULINA GASIUN company is not responsible for any damage or theft of the contents of the shipment.

Shipments valued from 200 PLN are additionally insured, however, we suggest choosing the DHL Courier option due to the occurring delays in delivery or theft of the content of shipments delivered by other postal operators.

§ 9 Complaints

Complaints are dealt with on the basis of photographs and damage description. If the goods have been mechanically damaged, the complaint will not be accepted. In the case if, for example, a stone has fallen out of the pendant or some element has been torn off, the complaint will be included after sending the goods with the attached receipt and a description of the damage to the address of the complaint. Please also notify us in advance by email and send attached photos.

The deadline for making complaints: up to 14 days after we receive the goods.
In the event that the product can not be repaired, we will replace it with a new one or we will refund the money.
In the case of complaints: If the complaint is recognized, the return shipping costs are covered by the seller. By sending the item at your own expense, you have the right to ask us for a refund for the parcel.
The condition for carrying out the complaint is sending the goods together with a copy of the purchase receipt.

WARNING! Gilded products are not subject to complaint in the event that after some time the layer of gold will wear off - this is a normal phenomenon with the intense wearing and use of jewelery. Therefore, we recommend taking off such jewelry for the night, avoiding detergents, swimming in the sea and the pool and store it in a soft bag.

§10 Returns

In the case of returning the purchased finished product - within 14 days of purchase, the Customer has the right to return the product without giving a reason.

The right to reimbursement is not payable if the customer has placed an order and the service offered has already been made in full, with the express consent of the buyer previously informed by the seller about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.

The provision from the Act: Services rendered
Art. 38. of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights: The right to withdraw from a contract concluded away from business premises or at a distance is not entitled to a consumer with respect to contracts:
1) for the provision of services, if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer who was informed before the service begins that after fulfilling the provision by the entrepreneur will lose the right to withdraw from the contract.

In the case of returning goods - withdrawal from the contract, the Buyer pays for the shipment. Shipping costs are not refundable. The condition for making the return is sending the completed return form along with the goods and the attached receipt to the following address:

In the form, please enter your details: Name and surname, shipping address with the code, telephone number, e-mail address, delivery date, order number, bank account number, what the return (assortment, weight, price, quantity) applies to, date and legible signature, and possibly comments.

§11 Copyright

All works available in the e-Store, in particular jewelery designs, photos, graphics and content are subject to copyright of the Seller or third parties and are protected in accordance with the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights (Journal of Laws from 1994, No. 2, item 23 with changes).The use of these works is only allowed in the field of sharing links with e-Store products on social media or by e-mail. Any other sharing or processing, copying of graphics and products available in the e-store is prohibited.

§12 Warranty

Customers have a 24-month warranty for goods purchased in the e-store.

In the case of mechanical damage to the product, the product loses warranty.

§13 Final provisions

In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
