Filing a complaint

To file a complaint, follow these steps:

1. Return/complaint form
Fill the return/complaint form and attach it to the parcel. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail or mailing address, phone number, product number and reason for complaint, date of purchase and date the fault was noticed.

2. Mailing the product
When filing a complaint, please mail the product with all accessories and a copy of the proof of purchase.

3. Postage
The product should be posted to:

Returning goods

According to regulations, you have 14 days to return the product. To return a good purchased from us, fill the appropriate form and mail it to our address together with the returned product(s):

Please also include any accessories and proof of purchase. 

The customer does not have the right to return the product if the service has been fulfilled in full, with expressed consent of the customer, informed by the seller about the lost right in advance.

According to the Polish Regulations concerning the customer rights: The customer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract made remotely or out of the company's seat if:

1) the contract regards fulfilment of a service, and the seller fufiled the service completely with the customer's consent, after the customer had been informed about the lost right to withdraw before the fulfilment of the service started.
